Jutsu Factor Tests

I will be modding this from now on.

I want one of you to help me figure out Lightning Phantasm's strength.


I already had a formula for it, but yeah, seeing as things have changed, it had to be taken down. So come on.

Hayaku disappears quickly and reappears a couple of steps away from the bear. After finishing the several hand signs, he disappears again, unleashing godly strength.



Lightning Phantasm

Jutsu Description:
You disappear then reappear in different locations around the enemy, speeding up more and more while swerving left to right as if to catch him in an illusion. Finally, to finish off in an elegant one hit of pure chakra formed in the palm of your hands as sharp as a blade.

can u set up a defense for the bear? something equal to mine, just not too equal, a bit more than me.

yeah i think that's okay, seeing as it's a bloodline jutsu...once per battle?
course beary has more hp than most creatures...so you might end up one-hiting some, and others might see that as unfair *ponders* maybe tweak it down just a teensy bit? cause a regular academy student on your level would have been dead without a problem

once per battle? not necessarily.

the only downfall of this bloodline is it's cost.

700 CP/SP

obviously i cant use it at this moment since i dont have that much xD

but it would take a LONG time for me to get that much. so thats why it makes it a good jutsu.

oh! xD gotcha....yeah by then you'd be on level with people who might be able to take that kinda damage xD

would bloodline jutsu (meaning mine) go in Jutsu Shop?


im going to add how to get it. like, the only way to get LP is if you gain the ability of Flash Step. And in order to get that you will need a certain amount of Stamina Points and Speed and Agility.

ah n.n well if you're the one teaching it then it wouldn't be available in the shop
: D they'd have to come to you and throw themselves down upon your mercy n.n

the shop is for the more common jutsus n.n not the smitey smiteful ones : P

Now, here is where, both Master and Staff work together. the master of the clan must approve of the person learning that jutsu, then the staff will say "okay, i put it up in yer sheet."

oh and are you doing costs for all jutsus? lol i was planning on just using the percentages, but if you want to use raw numbers that's cool too! n.n

percentage isnt good anymore. well, depending on what the jutsu is like.

like, lets say.. Nate's jutsu End Of The World. that type of jutsu should take 75% off. which makes total sense because of its strength (that will be implemented soon).

Or like Rinnie's jutsus.



however, for a jutsu like mine, well, it would only be fair enough for 700 because of the limit of users who will be learning it. (the requirements for it)

11 x 5.02 = 55.22 dmg

55.22 - 25 = 30.22 dmg

200 - 30.22 dmg = 169.78 HP

Note: either one works. Both are very fair. Don't want to make the jutsu too weak, nor too strong.
