Note: Seeing as the jutsu came out a bit overpowered on [Strike Factor]s 8 and 9, I felt like I should try out something lower. But here's another thing that you should keep track of. I used an AI for this type of calculating since I'm not around Jouning strength yet. I'd say 7 because it doesn't completely destroy the AI, but that's just that, now, what really matters is PvP. I'd say 8 because by that time I wouldn't doubt a Jounin would receive fair enough damage for a level 1 jutsu like that. Big stat difference, I was just estimating with the bear.

Note: I am not done with Multiple Dragonic Annihilation. It still needs a Usage Cost.

After stating about the time limit recovery for training jutsus back then. I realized that this would be bad kill. So Jounin would whore this jutsu if it were that easy to attain.

So what I came down to is, there will be a section, or color for special jutsu like that.

In other words, instead of 30 minutes for Lvl 2. It will take a day to reach that level. and after reaching Lvl 20, it will take 2 days. After reaching Lvl 40, it will take 3 days.

I will repost this elsewhere.

For now, Im going to take some of my time to organize everything in here. Then make a final copy.
